Jagriti is a hub for the performance and visual arts in Whitefield, Bangalore. A 200-seat auditorium built around a full-thrust stage, Jagriti is fully equipped to cater to both artistes and audience. The main stage is designed for intimate performances, with adjoining spaces for informal lectures and gatherings, and an attached restaurant.
Jagriti’s vision is to professionalise English Language theatre in India. This space is the realisation of a dream, 30 years in the making. Jagriti supports its performers, has a strong training and education arm, and involves the community in every aspect of its mission.
Founded by Arundhati and Jagdish Raja, Jagriti is owned and operated by the not-for profit ART Foundation, a registered charitable trust.
