Parvaaz is a psychedelic rock band best known for their high-energy live performances and expansive soundscapes. The band released their debut LP, “Baran”, in August, 2014, and received an overwhelming positive response from fans and critics alike. The band’s sound shifts seamlessly between heavy arena rock and soulful acoustic songs.
From their EP “Behosh” which had four disparate songs to a themed album, “Baran”, Parvaaz have been experimenting with their soundscapes.
They will perform on July 23, 2015 at the Jagriti Theatre in what will also be a live audio and video recording that will capture their musical transitions, including a few brand new songs in yet another direction.
This performance will also be released as a documentary/ DVD.
Parvaaz are Khalid Ahamed (lead vocals and acoustic guitar); Kashif Iqbal (lead guitar and vocals); Sachin Banandur (drums) and Fidel d’Souza (bass guitar)
